If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the instrument in resalable condition as it was originally packaged and we will refund the full purchase price of the item (shipping and processing charges excluded). We do require however that your return request be made within 48 hours of receiving shipment and that you contact us prior to returning the item for return authorization. The S.M.S. Optical Company also offers a wide variety or both new and used microscopes and accessories that are not presented in our online "Microscope Store". Please Note : Our On-line Store is primarily designed to process relatively small orders of 5 microscopes or less. Purchase Orders and Bid Requests are accepted from schools, hospitals and municipalities and should be Emailed, sent by postal mail or FAXED to our Hauppauge address. On-line orders will only be taken within the United States ( Excluding - Alaska and Hawaii ). In addition orders will be accepted if sent directly to our Hauppauge address along with full payment by Money Order. New York State residents must add 8.625% Sales Tax to the order unless a New York State Tax Exempt Form is on file with us prior to shipment of order.
